This Privacy Policy explains what information the Aruna Labs mobile application
(package com.cgn.arunalabs, the “App”) collects, how it is used, and the
choices available to you. Aruna Labs is a field and referral management app used by field officers,
patrons, hospitals, and administrators. By using the App you agree to this policy.
We collect only the information needed to operate the App's features. The App does not include any third-party advertising, analytics, or tracking SDKs.

With your permission, the App collects precise location, including in the background, to record attendance check-ins and to verify field activity during working hours. Background collection only occurs while you are an active user of the relevant field role. You can revoke location access at any time in your device settings; some attendance features will not work without it.
We use the information solely to provide and operate App functionality — account management, attendance, KYC verification, commission/billing display, and notifications. We do not use your data for advertising or third-party analytics, and we do not sell your data.
Your data is transmitted to our own backend services to operate the App. We do not share your personal data with third parties for their own purposes. Data may be processed by our infrastructure provider (cloud hosting) strictly to run the service.
All data transmitted between the App and our servers is encrypted in transit using HTTPS. Authentication tokens are held in your device's secure storage.
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. To request access to, or deletion of, your personal data, contact us at the email below and we will process your request in accordance with applicable law.
The App is intended for business use by field staff and partners and is not directed to children under 13.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date on this page.
