These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Aruna Labs mobile
application (package com.cgn.arunalabs, the “App”). By downloading, accessing, or
using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
The App is provided for authorized business use by field officers, patrons, hospitals, and administrators. You must register an account with accurate information and are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
You agree to use the App only for its intended business purposes and in compliance with applicable law. You will not misuse the App, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, submit false verification (KYC) information, or use it to infringe the rights of others.
The App collects location data, including in the background, to support attendance check-in and field activity monitoring during working hours. By using these features you consent to such collection as described in our Privacy Policy. Providing accurate location and attendance information is a condition of using the relevant features.
Where the App requests identity or document (KYC) information, you confirm that the information and images you submit are accurate and that you are authorized to provide them.
Commission and billing figures displayed in the App are for informational purposes and may be subject to verification, adjustment, or correction. The App does not process card payments within the application.
The App, its content, and all associated trademarks and materials are owned by Aruna Labs or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any right to use them except as necessary to use the App.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will always be accurate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aruna Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms or for operational, security, or legal reasons.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
